You can let the keylogger appear just by pressing the hotkey Ctrl+Alt+Shift+X(the default hotkey combination if you have never changed it)
How to change hotkey used to show keylogger?
To change the hotkey used to make keylogger shown from background, click "Setting" tab->click "Genneral" left tab->click "Change" button where you can set and update the hotkey value.
How to uninstall keylogger from my PC?
To uninstall iSafe Keylogger from your PC installed, just click the Menu button on the top right hand corner of the Console window. And you will be asked if delete logs also in the further step of uninstallation process.
How to check and mange logs of iSafe Keylogger?
To view, delete or export logs generated by iSafe Keylogger, just click the specific type log icon on the keylogger Console window. iSafe Log Console tool shows by clicking the "Keyboard" icon and you can view the logs here. 
- Check specific time span logs: Click the "Recording" tab->click a date type, for examble Today, Last 7 days, etc->click one User listed on the left tree list->click specific log type and you will see the logs listed on the right hand.
- Delete specific log item of delete all logs When the logs showing, move mouse on a specific log item you plan to operate and a management button shows named "Manage" with a green background. Click the button and a menu will pops up and you can delete the log item or delete all this specifc type items.
How to enable/set remotely monitor?
To enable/set iSafe Keylogger remote monitoring feature, click "Setting" tab->Delivery->turn the log delivery feature switch on->choose the method to receive logs, Gmail or Google Drive->enter your Google login username(@ included) and password->click "Test" button to have a test->click "Save" button to take the new setting into effect.
How to hide tray icon permanently from taskbar?
To hide iSafe Keylogger tray icon from Windows taskbar permanently, click "Setting" tab->"General" subtab->Click on the "Hide Tray Icon" option.

To enable/disable screenshot taking feature, click "Setting" tab-> click "Screenshot" subtab -> here you can enable or disable it by click the switch.
To change the screenshot taking frequence, click "Screenshot" tab and here you can change a variety of parameters concerning screenshot, such as Screenshot taking frquency, Color, Quality of screenshot file stored, etc.

To change the setting of website monitoring, click "Setting" main tab -> click "Website" sub tab and here you can enable or disable this feature change other parameters regarding website monitoring.
Keystroke logging setting

Multi-user monitoring setting
To change the setting of multi-user monitoring, click "Setting" main tab -> click "User" sub tab and here you can enable or disable this feature change other parameters regarding User monitoring. Choose the user you want to monitor and click the bottom "Apply" to take the new setting into effect.
General setting
General setting pannel contains miscellaneous setting items, such as hidden mode, administrator password, hotkey to show keylogger running in background, log size limitation, etc.
To change the setting of General setting, click "Setting" main tab -> click "General" sub tab and here you can enable or disable this feature change other parameters regarding General monitoring.
For Log size limitation setting, keylogger automatically delete older logs if the total log size reaches this limitation or older than the date you set.
Microphone supervising setting
To change the setting of Microphone monitoring, click "Setting" main tab -> click "Microphone" sub tab and here you can enable or disable this feature change other parameters regarding Microphone monitoring.

Can both sides of a chat conversation be monitored - like on Windows Messenger, AOL Messenger or MySpace Chat?
With iSafe Keylogger's advanced screenshot capturing technology, you can view both sides of a chat conversation by setting iSafe Keylogger's screenshot capturing timeframe to 1 minute.
And you also can set several "Trigger" words or phrases in "Smart Sense Capture Setting" column. Whenever these words are typed iSafe Keylogger will capture the current screen and save it to log instantly.

How can I Call out the Keylogger Configuration Prompt when the Keylogger is running background?
Just press and hold Ctrl + Alt + Shift + X on your keyboard to show Keylogger Configuration Window.
iSafe Keylogger can save screenshots and will this eat up a lot of diskspace with time going on?
Absolutely not! Although iSafe Keylogger monitors continually, it will stop capturing screenshot when it find there is no activities during 10 seconds and will continue to capture when user is active.
And it will show you whether it is monitoring and the current log size is shown by the vivid animation on bottom-left.
Further more, the screenshot is highly compressed when saved to save more disk space.
Other computer monitoring software eats up a lot of my computer's processing power and memory and makes it run noticeably slower. How much of my system resources does iSafe Keylogger use?
iSafe Keylogger is very memory-light and uses few system resources - so you won't notice the sluggishness that you see with higher-priced internet monitoring software. It uses about zero percent of the processor power so you even can not find it is working.
As a side note, you can also prevent iSafe Keylogger from being discovered in Windows Task Manager as well!
Do I need to have access to the computer iSafe Keylogger is running on in order to view the reports?
Not needed. The reports will be e-mailed to you in the timeframe you've specified. You will, however need to access that computer to view the screenshots iSafe Keylogger has taken, as screenshots are too large to send through email. We are currently working on a compression upgrade for iSafe Keylogger that will enable screenshots to be sent through email. And you can set the e-mail account used to save logs and how frequently let it send logs to you in "Email and password" configuration tab. You can also send a test email.

How can I view the logs made by iSafe Keylogger?
With the Powerful, Easy-to-use "iSafe Log Manager" tool iSafe offered, you can browse and manage all the logs conveniently.
To open the tool, you can either Double Click on the specific date listed on bottom-left of the main interface of iSafe Keylogger
or you can just click the "Log" button on the top toolbar.
Can I just browse logs on a specific day or time span?
Certainly. To achieve this you only need 4 steps :
1. Start "iSafe Log Manager" tool;
2. Select the Start date
3. Select the End date
4. Click the "Generate Log" button
The logs will list in the log-tree-list and you can view the logs on specific date or time span;
How can I delete a specific log or all logs?
When you are browsing logs, you can just Right Click on the specific log then you'll see the Delete-Log menu. Here you can select specific type log or all logs on that day.
How can I save the logs to other file?
When you are browsing the logs, just right click on the log content and then select "View Source" item then you can save it to other file as *.html type

I just ordered the full version of iSafe Keylogger but didn't get to the download page. How do I download the software?
Please contact us and choose the option "Need Download Link" from the dropdown menu on the contact page. Include your email address that you used to order the program and we will send you the download link.
What are the limitations of the free trial version?
The free trial of iSafe Keylogger is limited to 7 days of full use. After this you will need to purchase the full version to unlock the software for further use. All the logs and screenshots you captured during the trial will still be made available to you in the full versionl.
How is iSafe Keylogger Pro delivered?
iSafe Keylogger Pro is delivered electronically. The setup program can be downloaded from this site and the license key is delivered by email as soon as your order is processed.
I'm using the trial version and just tried to send myself a test email, but I never received it. I checked my junk folder/spam filter and everything is fine there. Can I send myself a test email with the trial version?
You can send yourself a test email, however to keep our prices lower than our competitors, we use a free e-mail sending system for the trial version that may become overloaded at times. If you don't receive your trial test email, we recommend trying again later or upgrading to the full version of the software and remove this limitation.
I received an email from the software but I didn't see any screenshots included. Where are they?
Because of size issues, screenshots are not currently sent via email but are available for viewing in the iSafe Logger Manager Tool. .
Can I buy and use iSafe Keylogger if I'm in a different country?
